Shipping Instructions

As an introductory promotion we offer FREE SHIPPING to any address within the Philippines for a minimum purchase of 1000 pesos.  Orders less than PHP1,000.00 will be charged a corresponding shipping fee.  Your items will be shipped the next working day after you have made payment.  Transactions that are not paid within 3 working days will automatically be cancelled.

Once item is shipped you will get the tracking number via EMAIL.  On average you shall receive your orders within 1-3 working days (Metro Manila Area) and 5-7 working days (Outside Metro Manila) via our logistic partners – Gogo Express or Ninja Van. 

Same day or next day delivery can be arranged via Grab Express or Lalamove subject to additional fee depending on customer location. 

Double check that you input the correct COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS, CUSTOMER NAME & CONTACT NUMBER upon checkout to ensure prompt and orderly delivery of goods.

Please note that we DO NOT have a return/ replacement or refund policy as orders made will already have incurred non-refundable shipping and payment charges. Paid orders will automatically be delivered while unpaid orders will be cancelled.  Thank you for understanding.
